STRAWBERRY FIELDS SALAD

Refreshing salad with red-leaf and green-leaf lettuce, parmesan and glazed walnuts. Tossed in a Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing and garnished with freshly cut strawberries covered in balsamic marinade.

QUINOA SUPER SALAD

Nutritious salad with quinoa, mixed green salad, avocado, carrot, cucumber and corn. Garnished with grated parmesan and ginger dressing.

You can also add grilled chicken for an extra charge.

Quinoa contains omega-3 fats, iron and has antioxidants. It does not contain gluten and is easily digested.

Grilled chicken, marinated in Tahini Sour dressing. Garnished with endive and homemade mustard sauce with picked mustard seeds. Choose your side dish: Quinoa or green rice or mixed green salad.

BUFFALO BURGER FOCACCIA

Two greek buffalo burgers from Kerkini Lake (Serres), on a grilled focaccia with cucumber and topped with bruschetta mix, basil oil and anthotyro. Served with crispy seasoned fries and Sour Cream sauce.

Buffalo meat is rich in nutritional value as it contains protein, twice the iron in comparison to beef, phosphorus and vitamin A.

HOMEMADE QUINOA BURGER

Homemade Plant-based burger with tri-color quinoa, champignon mushrooms, red kidney beans, Soya sauce and thyme. Breaded and sautéed in olive oil. Served with Philadelphia, tomato, rocket leaves and cucumber.

Tri-color quinoa is high in iron, magnesium and phosphorus. Gluten free and easy to digest. Thyme is famous as the plant with the most therapeutic properties, but it is also one of the most important herbs in the chef's kitchens, as its use can prove to be particularly "beneficial" giving a slightly spicy and rich flavor to the food.
