Two greek buffalo burgers from Kerkini Lake (Serres), on a grilled focaccia with cucumber and topped with bruschetta mix, basil oil and anthotyro. Served with crispy seasoned fries and Sour Cream sauce.

Buffalo meat is rich in nutritional value as it contains protein, twice the iron in comparison to beef, phosphorus and vitamin A.

HOISIN GLAZED SALMON

Fresh salmon fillet grilled and glazed with Hoisin sauce. Served with glazed carrots and Hoisin sauce. Served with choice of mixed green salad and red cabbage mixed with Ginger Lemon dressing or green rice or quinoa.
