FRIDAY'S® MEXICAN FACTS
All Fajitas are served on a skillet of sautéed onions, red and green peppers and Spanish rice. Accompanied with hot flour tortillas, guacamole, pico de gallo, fresh salsa, sour cream and Colby cheese.
- The guacamole is daily prepared by Friday’s® chefs with fresh avocado, tomato, onion, coriander and lemon juice.
- The pico de gallo contains fresh tomato, onion, jalapeños and lemon. It gives a fresh and spicy twist to the Fajitas.
