T.G.I. Friday’s® and the well-known dietician nutritionist Dimitris Grigorakis have teamed up for the creation of the Living Well menu. The Living Well philosophy focuses on wellness and energy, offering flavorful dishes with valuable ingredients. The “miraculous” vitamin C, antioxidants and Omega 3 fats are only some of the nutritious ingredients found in the Living Well menu. This year the Living Well menu has been enriched with a homemade pomegranate dressing. The pomegranate is renowned for its powerful antioxidant activity. Pomegranate : contains Vitamin A, B, C, A, calcium and iron.
Strawberries: rich in phenols and other antioxidants, hydrating source of Vitamin C
Spinach: rich in vitamins A and K, provides magnesium and iron.
Peppers: source of vitamin C and fibres.
Green Apple: source of vitamin C and K, fibres and antioxidants.
Tomato: rich in nutrients, particularly vitamin C, A, E.
Chicken: rich in proteins of high biological value. It contains B vitamins and selenium.

Refreshing salad with red-leaf and green-leaf lettuce, Parmesan and glazed walnuts. Tossed in a Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing and garnished with freshly cut stawberries covered in a balsamic marinade. *Lunch size also available.
STRAWBERRY FIELDS SALAD
Combination of grilled salmon filet seasoned with lemon pepper and basted with maison butter, and grilled shrimp skewer topped with homemade lemon Scampi sauce. Served with herbed rice and Tomato Basil Salsa.
GRILLED SHRIMP SCAMPI & SALMON
Two juicy grilled breasts topped with fresh Cherry Tomato Basil Salsa. Served with choice of green rice or mixed green salad with romaine lettuce and rocket.
CHICKEN WITH TOMATO BASIL SALSA
Combination of grilled chicken breast and shrimp skewer. Topped with homemade lemon Scampi sauce, served with green rice and Tomato Basil Salsa.

SALMON WITH TOMATO BASIL SALSA
Nutritious mixed salad with romaine lettuce, baby spinach, walnuts, sundried apricots and figs & red cabbage. Tossed in homemade pomegranate dressing and garnished with freshly diced green apple.
FRUITS & NUTS SUPER SALAD
Fresh grilled vegetables marinated in balsamic vinegar. Served with grilled Haloumi cheese and garnished with balsamic glaze.
MARINATED GRILLED VEGETABLES
Juicy chicken burger patty topped with melted Provolone cheese and grilled vegetables. Served with mixed green salad, rocket, lettuce, cherry tomatoes and walnuts, mixed with mustard dressing.
