ROYAL APPLE SOUR MOJITO

INGREDIENTS

4 Lime Wedges
3/4oz Simple Syrup
3/4oz Sourz Apple Liqueur
5 Mint Leaves
1oz Havana Club Añéjo Blanco
1oz Havana Club Añéjo Reserva
2oz Diced Green Apple
Top with Sparkling Wine

PROCEDURE

Muddle the lime wedges, simple syrup and diced apple. Add the mint leaves. Fill with crushed ice. Pour the Sourz Apple Liqueur, rum and stir. Top with sparkling wine.

GARNISH

Mint leaves and a green apple slice.

Mastic Mojito

Havana Club Añejo Reserva, sugar cane syrup, fresh lime wedges, mint leaves, mastic liqueuer and soda.

Strawberry Mojito

Havana Club Añejo Blanco, fresh strawberries and mint leaves, simple syrup.
